Dear Parent/Carer,

On Wednesday 15^th June Reception will be visiting Newham Grange Farm as part of our curriculum. We will leave the academy at 9.30am and we will be arriving back at school for collection at the usual time.

During the day, the children will enjoy meeting and learning all about farm animals.

The academy will be subsidising this visit, but we ask for a parental contribution of £ 4.00 per child. Please pay this by Wednesday 8^th June.

Children will require a packed lunch as well as their own drink with a re-sealable top. Please indicate below whether you would like school to provide your child with a packed lunch or if your child will be bringing their own packed lunch with them.

They must wear suitable clothing and footwear (wellies or trainers), as they will be walking around the farm for most of the day. Tracksuit or jogging bottoms are advised along with their usual school top and jumper. In addition to this, please ensure your child has a warm, water-proof coat and hat if the weather is cold or a sun hat and sun cream applied before school if the weather is going to be hot and sunny.
