On Wednesday 23rd October we will be holding a Halloween Disco. Tickets cost £2 (which includes a hotdog and a drink) and are available now from the office.

Reception and KS1 Halloween Disco 1.30pm – 3.00pm. Children going to the disco can bring their clothes and get changed in the academy. Extra money can be brought in on the day for sweets, crisps, drinks.

KS2 Halloween Disco 3.15pm – 4.45pm. Children will be supervised to get changed in the academy or they can go home and come back for 3.15pm. Extra money can be brought in on the day for sweets, drinks, crisps,

When you collect your KS2 child, they will be brought out onto the Plaza through the Community Entrance for you to collect from their teacher. If you could please stand back from the door, this would be helpful to allow the children leave the building quickly and safely. KS2 children may walk home alone without an adult, but you will need to fill in the slip on the bottom of the letter.

Christmas Fayre Raffle - tickets on sale now from main office!!

Some Year 5 DPA pupils have arrived in London a day of fun chess activities at the London Chess Classic 2024. \the event is taking take at the Emirates Stadium, North London, the home of Arsenal Football Club!

As well as activities for school children, the event includes an elite Grandmaster tournament, this time featuring Women’s World Champion, Ju Wenjun; current British Champion, Gawain Jones; defending LCC champion, Mickey Adams; and the UK’s youngest Grandmaster, fifteen-year-old Shreyas Royal. It looks very 'Queen's Gambit' esque!

These lucky pupils (chosen by their chess tutor) with take part in chess lessons, meet a Grandmaster and compete in a chess tournament!

We are sending you all our best wishes!

Thank you to C2C, who have part-funded this experience for our children, as well as parents and the school.
