Welcome to B4!
We are a base class that consist of Upper Key Stage 2. Our children are in year 5 and 6 and have a special educational need. Mrs Gruenfeld and Mrs Thomas will welcome you and are happy to share the fun we have in class. We enjoy being in B4 where the environment is relaxed and the pace suits the needs of the children. There are lots of discussions and practical activities throughout every session. Here are some photos of what we have done so far this year.
A fab half term with endless creativity!
It’s been a wonderful start to the term – after focusing on how to make a moving vehicle in DT and the stories about creation in RE – all before Christmas- we are now taking our learning journey towards Geography.
Our focus is Biomes. The children have shared a great knowledge of Biomes and ecosystems. They are now choosing the own Biomes to research.
