FEBRUARY HALF TERM – 17TH TO 21ST February – we return to school Monday 24th February

Well done to 2P who won the attendance competition this week with 100%. Attendance is looking great across the academy, 97.4% for the final week of term. We have achieved 95.2% for the full year to date (Reception to Year 6). A total of 148 children took part in the end of term reward, with time on the bouncy castle.

What we’ve been doing this week

2H invited parents and carers to create a game with them children. The games all used magnets which the children have been learning about this week. The children all took their games home to share with their families. Click here to see more details.

What we’ve got coming up after half term

Tuesday 25th February – Simon Finch leading E Safety parent session 9am to 9.30am, followed by working with Y5/6 classes throughout the morning.

Tuesday 25th February – 2A Parent Event at 2pm to 3pm – Building Bridges.

Tuesday 25th February – 3A Parent Event.

Wednesday 26th February – 2P visit to Captain Cook Museum

Friday 28th February – Y6 visit to Wilton International (SABIC Plant)
